You have received the diagnosis of breast cancer and your mind is going crazy with thousands of questions:
Which therapy will I have to go through? Do I have to do chemotherapy? How will I tolerate it? What about hair loss? When does this happen? What can I eat? What do I tolerate? What can I do for myself? How do I deal with my illness? What can I do?
These are just some of the many questions you will be dealing with in the near future. You will spend some time thinking about yourself and your life, as well as learning about yourself.
We will talk about: Healthy eating and drinking during treatment Relaxation techniques Movement and sports Outlook on life Questions for your doctor Supporting medicinal herbs Cosmetic Tips ... and everything that comes to your mind!
A journey in which I would like to accompany and support you.
How do we meet? Please give me a call, write an e-mail or use the contact form in order to make an appointment.
Where do we meet? We will do a counseling walk together! This is nature coaching!
You will think, why that? On the couch with a cup of tea would be much more comfortable.
We are all earth children. We come from this earth, we came from it. We can use the energy that our earth provides us. I like the picture of a gas station: the earth is kind of a "gas station" - we can choose between sun, light, warmth, water, air and greens - or everything. Our nature is unique and offers us everything we need for healing and recovery. Its energy nourishes us and gives us strength - just as the gas makes the car move - the energy and strength we need to boost our self-healing powers.
Walking in nature also helps against brooding and wild imaginations, relieves stress and strengthens our immune system. At the same time, we can discuss action steps that positively affect your health and well-being.
So let´s use the power of nature. We meet where we find it most: in the woods, at a lake or in an urban park. We arrange a meeting point individually, which may be near your place where you live. As common known in Germany: there is no bad weather, but only bad clothes. And I can bring some tea.
So: fill up please!
P.S. If the weather is really so extreme that we´re not able to go out, we arrange another place to meet.
I was born in Yuma, Arizona, and spent a little time of my childhood in the States. So I grew up bilingual with english and german. Therefore I can provide breast cancer counseling also in english. If you have any questions please don´t hesitate to contact me.
